I offer classes at 6:30 am if you are an early riser. Classes at 20 pm if you come after work and after the kids are in bed. Classes in Hebrew/ English . Indoor with ac or outdoor.
The studio is open, everyday ( but for Tuesday), with 2 classes a day. In Herzeliya
